My Review:
The characters in this novel were very well suited to their roles. The intricate character development shows both what the world sees and the intricacies that individuals keep to themselves and their closest acquaintances. Not only did I fall in love with the main characters, I really enjoyed getting to know the rest of the cast as well. Not only did Howell bring forth a variety of personalities, but she also brings readers into an array of different lifestyles. It was a unique combination that had me intrigued.
This novel is a great show of Howell’s writing & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to those who love a good old western romance.
