My Review:

This novel is extremely well put together. The solid storyline keeps you hooked while taking you off on quite an adventure. It is written with an intensity that permeates every page. As a reader you can feel it right to your very core. At the same time, Baldwin’s writing remains approachable and accessible to all. I found myself so wrapped up in the story that I could think of little else. Baldwin writes this story with knowledge of the subject matter. I really appreciated the facts that are worked into this story, while still remaining a work of fiction.

Many of the characters in this novel may have high powered jobs but they remained real individuals. Intrinsically they were such real people that you can’t help but believe in them. It made an already exciting story even more intense.

Action and intrigue permeate every page of this uniquely captivating novel. It is definitely a brilliant read for those who enjoy books that make you think and keep you hooked.
